Let the connection happen – in the middle of the horse herd
The spring equinox, Ostara, is just behind us, the days are longer than the nights again, we are heading towards the light season.
The spring forces are at work and sprouting begins, the sun’s power helps push the seeds through the earth’s cover.
Our nature can follow this process, the space for the unfolding of our seeds is opened.
Flow transition
During the transition to another phase, this condition can lead to discomfort, worry and uncertainty. As we learn how to glide smoothly through these phases of our lives, present and free within, we begin to find comfort in the process and access the joy of life.
I offer you asafe environment with my herd of horses where we can cultivate acceptance, observation and compassion .
We are with what is. Everything is allowed!

Contraindications for Cacao: Ceremonial doses of cacao are not advisable for someone who is taking antidepressants, has limited heart function, high blood pressure or epilepsy. If this concerns you, please talk to your doctor before taking ceremonial doses of cacao. Raw cocoa contains histamine. Pregnant women should take smaller doses.
