Do you often feel pressured, overwhelmed, lose yourself in the outside world and/or don’t feel seen for who you are? Feeling tired, aren’t you?
I cordially invite you to a unique two-day workshop that combines the healing power of time-honored ancient practices such as Breathwork, the inspiring presence of horses and the loving energy of Mama Cacao.
This transformative experience will help you connect more deeply with yourself and expand your awareness. It will help you to feel safe inside, even when a storm is raging outside. Self-regulation and individuation take place. They free you up for dealing with people and horses.
The horses walk with our truth, the encounter with them is a dialog that we conduct through our breath. Intention and letting happen, flow into one another.
The “Breath of Transformation” retreats take place 4 times a year, always at the height of the respective season.
At each “Breath of Transformation” retreat, we explore the seasonal element within us and integrate its power.
In this fall retreat, we integrate the element of WATER into ourselves.

Introduction to Breathwork: We begin with an introduction to the healing power of Breathwork, a proven practice from yoga. As the breath is connected to the nervous system, it can help to release tension, it can have a calming effect and it can expand consciousness. You will learn how to achieve deep relaxation and conscious presence through specific breathing techniques.
Interaction with the horses: Find out how horses react to human energy and emotions. Their encounter will be like a dialogue conducted through the breath. I will show you how to connect authentically with horses, and you will have the opportunity to interact with them in a safe environment.
Cacao ceremony: We start with a cacao ceremony, a proven practice that promotes heart opening and mindfulness. The Cacao Ceremony is led by me, as an experienced facilitator, and helps you to connect more deeply with your feelings and thoughts.
Breathwork session with horses: In a specially designed Breathwork session, you will breathe near the horses and with the horses. This unique experience allows you to match your inner experience with your effect on the outside. You will recognize which things block you in your everyday life and how you can change them. As the horses interact with you unabashedly and truthfully, you experience yourself purely.
Reflection and integration: After the exercises, we take time to reflect on and integrate your experiences. We will discuss how you can integrate what you have learned into your everyday life in order to glide through your daily routine with a calm presence.

Arrival: Luggage drop-off for accommodation Alp Flix in Sur no later than 14h30
16h30 to 18h: Workshop start in Marmorera, touch with Mama Cacao

- Bring along: 2 x lunch picnic (if you need more than a soup with bread), cushion for outside, warm slippers, warm clothes and rainwear, notebook with pen, if you like a yoga cushion, warm shoes with treaded soles, water bottle. For accommodation in the Sieglinderei: food and sleeping bag.
Number of participants: Limited places, max. 10 are available to ensure a personalized experience. You can still register. The workshop takes place from 6 participants.
Note: You do not need any prior knowledge of Breathwork, horses or Cacao ceremonies to participate in this workshop. Everyone is welcome!
