Your foundation – You with the cosmos
Your foundation is the basis that enables you to implement your ideas, values, offers sustainably. Your stable base that supports you everywhere to represent yours calmly and confidently. Your root. It’s worth nurturing your foundation to keep your energy with you, then redistribute it in ways that are fun and enjoyable for you. So that what you think is valuable can come into life.
In this second retreat, we examine our foundation. We explore questions like: What does my foundation look like? Do I have one? Do I need one? Is it stable, does it carry me? Is it porous and does it drain energy? How do I make it stable and tight? What is my foundation anchored in? What does the cosmos have to do with it? We experience the magic of healthy soil under our feet, the magic of “being anchored in the cosmos”.
You can book the whole series, and you can book individually.
You don’t need horse knowledge for this, of course, that may come to you.
And you can use it for your self-diploma (more details coming soon). Only you know what you need.
“MoonWomen with HorseRoots” is a retreat series for women spread throughout the year.
It takes place in the powerful nature of the Alp Flix, with its high moor, the clear lakes, rushing streams and the surrounding mountains it gives us a sheltered space. During the day on the alpine meadows and lakes, in the evening around the campfire.
Alp Flix is also the summer home of my herd of 9 horses. We’re going to move a lot in their field because they have this stable foundation. By being with them, meeting and dialoguing with the horses, you learn and experience how to nourish your foundation and make it stable. I accompany you benevolently and confidently.
Why “MoonWomen with HorseRoots”?
This cyclical woman associated with the moon is probably all of us. And deeply connected with the earth at the same moment, just like the horses, which are naturally in primal trust. As you enter into the subject here with the horses, you encounter this primal trust inherent in you in its most tender and also most powerful form.

The 4-day retreats take place 4 times a year and each time focus on different group themes. Add to that your personal “what do I need right now” theme.
The “MoonWomen with HorseRoots” retreats take place around the new moon.
