5 day mid-summer retreat at the yurt hotel on the Flix Alp, Grisons CH
In the middle of summer, when the days are at their longest, we connect with our elemental power high up in the Swiss mountains of the Grisons.
Where heaven and earth meet, mountain meadows bloom, mountain springs
and the Alps show their soft beauty, we go on a discovery tour.
A journey to the true nature of your voice, to the primal sounds of your soul and to the silence from which they all spring.
We sing, hum, yodel, whoop, set the landscape to music and weave our voices into a sound bath of bliss.
We are accompanied and sheltered by a herd of horses that live up there on the Flix Alp in the summer. It’s a journey to the primal power of your voice. A journey towards your own nature.
To your source of vitality and zest for life.
In a place where all is still right with the world.
We wake up in cozy yurts, have breakfast with a mountain panorama, eat wild herbs, drink mountain spring water, hike to alpine power spots, sunbathe on colorful mountain meadows, jump into clear mountain lakes, listen to the melodies of the mountains around the campfire in the evening, celebrate silence and fall asleep with a view of the starry sky.
During these 5 days Amelie, Flo and Sieglinde weave their gifts into a
holistic retreat for body, mind and soul.
Amelie and Flo will guide you to discover your very natural voice and unleash all its colors. They show you how to activate your own source of vitality through your voice and how to make it flow sustainably.
Sieglinde, the horse eater, embeds us in the security and unconditional love of a happy and free herd of horses. Meeting these sensitive beings brings us to rest and gives us the opportunity to anchor our experiences and deeply remember who we are.
