Breathe yourself into your raw perception
Experience yourself as the connected being that you are.
A gentle going beyond what is still holding you back from letting happen.
Experience the effect of your breath on your mind, your relationship, your perception, your being perceived.
We touch each other in the breath, inside and outside.
We meet in touch, inside and outside.
We move in the encounter, inside and outside.
We are one.
In this workshop with riding, life embraces you. It opens us inside and outside, holistically.
In conscious breathing you experience the lightness of deep horse connection.
The horses give you direct feedback and teach you to trust and follow your perception. Breathe freely into your raw awareness, your pure consciousness.
Women and men very welcome.
Procedure:
Thursday
Arriving – meeting the herd of horses – Breathwork – experiencing oneself in this structure – experiencing differences – diving deep
An evening by the fire (weather permitting)
Friday
Morning session – meeting “your horse” – Breathwork – playfully experiencing yourself in this structure – experiencing differences – diving deep
An evening by the fire (weather permitting)
Saturday/Sunday
Morning session – packing
Deepening of perception while being on the road
Spend the night away
Integrate what you have experienced to take home….
We go with what is… Everything is allowed!
