How?
By following you into the wilderness, accompanied by your horse. If you don’t have one, you can go with one of mine.
Me and my horse come along as a “midwife team”. I will take you into the wilderness and help you prepare and integrate. I hold the space as you bring yourself out and you experience getting in touch with your resources. And I help you take a deeper look at your individual story. The connection to your horse becomes noticeably deeper and deeper.
I am there to take care of the silence and safety in the environment.
It is a gentle, powerful journey that will nourish you for a long time.
