4Day Mindfulness Retreat with Yin Yoga and the Horse Herd

A journey around the wheel of life, each with himself and yet together.

We start with a meal together and arrive. We find out what it is really about, what already shimmers through under our old skin, what wants to be lived.

Monday to Thursday we dance around the wheel, through the 4 shields. In solidarity we let horses and nature work.

Daily we practice yin yoga, you open your body, make it soft and supple, ready to receive. What vision wants to be celebrated, nourished, lived today, what else is needed? You get involved with the horses, with nature, and listen to their messages, your inner wisdom, to bring them into the circle. There we honor and mirror your story. The community holds, listens with the heart and is given gifts.

On Thursday we will close the circle and you will take home a new strength, in connection.

We are looking forward to spending these mindful days with you soon, with the wonderful herd of horses in the powerful nature of Alp Flix.

800-1’200 CHF (according to self-assessment)

Included in the price: Coffee/tea, small snacks

Overnight stay all-inclusive: 120 CHF

Catering: Everyone brings what they like to eat, we lay together and cook together. If something is still needed, it is procured and paid for together.

Accommodation in the camp house Tga Falotta, Alp Flix: Please bring sleeping bag and towel. Otherwise, bed linen is available at extra cost. Wool blankets are available. The water supply is guaranteed, for drinking water is boiled. Solar power has limited availability.

This will be followed by “The Power of Presence”, so you can extend until 9/20/20.
