As the breath is connected to the nervous system, it can help to release tension, it can have a calming effect and it can expand consciousness. You will learn how to achieve deep relaxation and conscious presence through specific breathing techniques.<\/p>\n Interaction with the horses:<\/strong> Find out how horses react to human energy and emotions. Their encounter will be like a dialogue conducted through the breath. I will show you how to connect authentically with horses, and you will have the opportunity to interact with them in a safe environment.<\/span><\/p>\n Cacao ceremony:<\/strong> We start with a cacao ceremony, a proven practice that promotes heart opening and mindfulness. The Cacao Ceremony is led by me, as an experienced facilitator, and helps you to connect more deeply with your feelings and thoughts.<\/span><\/p>\n Breathwork session with horses:<\/strong> In a specially designed Breathwork session, you will breathe near the horses and with the horses. This unique experience allows you to match your inner experience with your effect on the outside. You will recognize which things block you in your everyday life and how you can change them. As the horses interact with you unabashedly and truthfully, you experience yourself purely.<\/span><\/p>\n Reflection and integration:<\/strong> After the exercises, we take time to reflect on and integrate your experiences.
