The contemplative autumn is the time of harvest. A time of transition from the excitement of summer to the qualities of the coming winter. At a time when nature goes inward, quiets down and retreats, we have the ability to follow this process for our bodies and our inner selves. Through the art of simply being, we nourish and touch our bodies and minds.<\/p>\n

Transition time is dance time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a time of transition to another phase, this condition can lead to discomfort, worry and uncertainty. As we learn how to be, how to dance and be present through these phases of our lives, we begin to find comfort in the process and access the joy of life.<\/p>\n

With “meeting deeply” in the silence and clarity of the horse herd, we flow there, into the space of learning, experience and vitality, inspired and welcomed.<\/p>\n

I offer you with my herd of horses a safe environment in which we can cultivate acceptance, observation and compassion. We open ourselves to intuition and playfulness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Contraindications: <\/strong> Ceremonial doses of Cacao are not advisable for someone who takes antidepressants, whose heart has limited work, has high blood pressure or epilepsy. If this concerns you, please talk to your doctor before taking ceremonial doses of cacao. Raw cocoa contains histamine. Pregnant women should take smaller doses.<\/p>\n
