The contemplative autumn is drawing to a close, the harvest is in. We are in the time of transition into the stillness of winter. A time when nature goes inward, calms down and retreats.<\/p>\n

Our nature can follow this process and sink deep into our body and our inner self. Through the art of being still, pure, we nourish and touch our memory and inner wisdom. The space for their development is opened.<\/p>\n

Flow transition<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the transition to another phase, this condition can lead to discomfort, worry and uncertainty. As we learn how to glide smoothly through these phases of our lives, present and free within, we begin to find comfort in the process and access the joy of life.<\/p>\n

I offer you asafe environment <\/span> with my herd of horses <\/span>where we can cultivate acceptance, observation and compassion <\/span>. <\/p>\n

We are with what is. Everything is allowed!<\/strong><\/p>\n
